Note:
1. Make sure aerator shoes are strapped on very tightly or you risk an ankle sprain.
2. The ground must be soft, but not too soft to use shoes. If too hard, it would be too difficult to get shoes to sink into the ground. If too soft, the shoes stuck in the mud and it’s hard to pull them out.
3. If the soil is overly moist you’ll need to carry a tool/stick to clean the mud off the spikes and soles; Otherwise, the extra weight will exacerbate the exertion issue and reduce the depth of penetration.
4. Recommend putting them on near the grass before you are going to walk on, then you won’t worry about scratching floors in your house.
